Description
Mortadella is a typical cured meat from Italy, particularly from the Emilia-Romagna region, although its production has spread throughout the country. It is known for its soft consistency, its delicate flavor and its characteristic spicy aroma. Weight 500gr.
Mortadella is prepared with finely minced pork, to which are added cubes of fat (called "lardelli"), black pepper and, in some variations, pistachios or aromas such as coriander. In this production only pistachios.
