Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, such as food products. Customers are nonetheless encouraged to contact us in case of any issues or dissatisfaction.

2. Complaints and Returns

In the event of damaged or non-conforming products, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending photos and details to: info@amatevisapori.com. After verification, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
