Welcome to www.amatevisapori.com, the official website of Amatevi Sapori snc, with registered office at Via di Camparta Media, Trento 38121, Italy (hereinafter “we”, “our”, “seller”).

Access to and use of this website, as well as the purchase of the products offered on it, imply reading, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Subject of the Contract

These Terms govern the sale of artisanal food products through the website www.amatevisapori.com. The contract is considered concluded upon order confirmation by the seller.

2. Products and Availability

All products are accurately described and are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed and may choose between a refund, waiting, or replacement.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately. Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and others specified on the checkout page.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Italy and the main countries of the European Union via selected couriers.
Delivery times generally range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the destination country.
Any delays not attributable to us (e.g. customs, weather conditions, strikes) do not entitle customers to refunds.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, such as food products. Customers are nonetheless encouraged to contact us in case of issues or dissatisfaction.

6. Complaints and Returns

In the event of damaged or non-conforming products, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, sending photos and details to: info@amatevisapori.com. After verification, a refund or replacement will be arranged.

7. Liability

Amatevi Sapori snc is not responsible for improper use of purchased products, nor for damages resulting from allergies or intolerances not communicated at the time of purchase. Product information is provided by the manufacturer.

8. Privacy

9. Applicable Law

The contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Trento shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
