Cheeses

The oldest document ever discovered that testifies to the production of cheese dates back to the Sumerians, in Mesopotamia, in the third millennium BC. Other documents dating back to the same period testifying to the knowledge of the methods of processing and producing cheese can also be found in Egypt.
