Opis
Salame di forma cilindrica irregolare insaccato in budello naturale di circa 60-65 mm di diametro e 30 cm circa di lunghezza, legato alle estremità. Prodotto a partire da un mix di carni selezionate e macinate con grana media con l'aggiunta di tartufo estivo macinato.
Ingredienti: Carne di suino, sale, tartufo estivo (tuber aestivum vitt.) circa 2%, destrosio, spezie, aromi. Antiossidanti: E301. Conservanti: E252.
